Hi, 👋🏻 I'm Thatphatsakorn. Call me "Banks".

I care about creating products that solve problems with a focus on simplicity, meticulousness, and universality, to bring about positive change and enhance people's lives. What truly drives me is the profound satisfaction of being a giver—seeing users accomplish their goals effortlessly because of thoughtful design makes me feel like I'm genuinely contributing something meaningful to their lives.

I am currently a UX Designer & Frontend Developer on the DMDT (Data Management and Digital Technology) department at Plearnpattana School, Bangkok, Thailand. I design and develop school management software using Next.js and React to support data-driven decision-making, assist with technology tools, and help solve various problems. I also serve as Scrum Master for the department.

Since discovering my passion for UX design in 2016, I've completed 19+ projects. Each project reinforces my belief that good design is about service—about giving users the gift of intuitive, seamless experiences that empower them.

I'm also CO-Founder & Product Designer at RACKET ONE Tennis Club since November 2022, where I designed complete branding and UX/UI for a court management platform that reduced admin workload by enabling real-time court availability checking.

My teaching background gives me a unique perspective—I naturally empathize with users and understand their pain points, which helps me create solutions that truly serve their needs. Before transitioning to UX design, I was a Biology Teacher at Plearnpattana School (2015-2016). This foundation taught me that the greatest reward comes from helping others succeed.

I graduated from Rangsit University (Thailand) in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science). After that, I discovered my interest in product design, especially software, and I'm always striving to improve myself—even though I didn't directly graduate from this field.
